How soon we reply
Usually within 1–2 working days. If a calculation has to be checked it may take a little longer, but we tell you that it is taking longer.
If you are questioning a calculation
Give both dates, times and places of birth, and say which part looked wrong. That lets us run the same matching again and see.
If you want your data removed
Write to the same address. Give both dates of birth and roughly when the matching was run, so the right record can be found. It will be deleted and you will be told.
About a payment or receipt
Include the date of payment and the receipt number — it settles faster. The refund rules are on their own page.
Every email is read by the Kundli Milan Jyotish team itself. A question about a calculation goes to the same team that builds and tests this engine.
Enter both birth details
Date, time and place — the more exact all three are, the more exact the matching. It still works if the time is unknown.
