When and how money is returned
The PDF report is ₹199. Below it says plainly when money comes back, when it does not, and how to ask.
Cancellation
The report is generated immediately after payment, so it cannot be cancelled once made. You may stop at any moment before the payment completes — nothing is taken then.
Full refund — in these cases
Payment went through but the report was not generated or could not be downloaded; the same report was charged twice; or a calculation error on our side was found in the report. In any of these, the full amount is returned.
No refund — in these cases
The report was generated correctly and downloaded, but the result was not what you hoped — no refund there, because the service was delivered. Nor for birth details entered wrongly; write to us in that case and we will regenerate the report with the correct details.
How to ask
Write to kundlimilanjyotish@gmail.com within seven days of payment. Include the date of payment, the payment ID (the one starting with "pay_" in the Razorpay confirmation), and what went wrong.
How long it takes
If approved, the money goes back the same way it came. We send it within 5–7 working days; it may take a few days more to reach your bank.

Enter both birth details
Date, time and place — the more exact all three are, the more exact the matching. It still works if the time is unknown.
